George was still not feeling well Sunday morning and needed to stay in for a day of rest. Bummer. Joe took Zack and Andy to the Magic Kingdom on his own. They made a plan and
did a great job of doing everything they wanted. Today was Buzz Lightyear shirt day.

They went to Tomorrowland first and got right on the Buzz Lightyear ride. They had so much fun and the line was short so they did it twice. Then they saw the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor show (very funny, Zack
loved it) and rode the Lilo and Stitch ride. Andy didn't care for that ride, it was dark and he got sprayed with water.

| Andy picked out a Pizza Planet truck. He's also wearing his new Speed (Lightning McQueen) hat that has Mickey Mouse ears on it. Each kiddo got a Disney gift card to spend any way they liked but once it was gone, it was gone. |

The guys saw Peter Pan on their way to Adventureland. They got his autograph and pictures. Zack had told me before the trip that Peter Pan was his favorite Disney character.

Next up was Aladdin's Magic Carpet ride in Adventureland. It is similar to the Dumbo ride.

Andy got to sit in the seat with the controller for making their carpet go up and down.
The boys thought the Tiki Room was a hoot with the talking tiki poles and singing flowers and parrots.

They climbed on the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse and then went on the Jungle Cruise. Bad jokes and puns abound on this trip which was just fine with Zack. He loves a good joke.

After lunch, they rode Pirates of the Caribbean, saw the Country Bear Jamboree and went to the shooting arcade.

They finished their day with a ride on It's a Small World. Joe said eating a snack while waiting in the line made it feel like the line moved faster. As long as you're done with your food by the time you get to the ride, this is a great way to save time.

The guys caught a little bit of the Celebrate Today parade on their way out of the park. They were meeting up with Jen, George and Mary for dinner. George had been feeling better so we decided to venture out for dinner. Unfortunately, the bus ride to the Magic Kingdom to meet up with Daddy did not agree with George's tummy and he got sick again. Joe took George and Mary back to the room and Jen took Andy and Zack to dinner. Bummer. Again. We took a boat ride to the Wilderness Lodge Resort for dinner at the Whispering Canyon Cafe. The Lodge is beautiful.

The boys played at the table with Lincoln Logs while we waited for our table to be ready. The restaurant is a western theme with a fun and silly style. For instance, if you wanted ketchup, your waitress and your entire table would yell, "We need ketchup". Then people from other tables who already had ketchup would bring it to you. At least 20 bottles. The kids can also ride stick horses around the restaurant in a pony race.

We took a boat back to the Magic Kingdom and I glimpsed the castle all lit up with Christmas lights. I told the boys I wanted to go in and get a few pictures and they agreed.

We decided to do the Buzz Lightyear ride again, it was Andy's favorite of the trip, and also went to the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor. I'm so thankful my boys were such troopers and let me enjoy a few things after being at the hotel all day.

The boys had been going since 8 a.m. and it was about 8:30 p.m. when we headed back to the resort. Andy was such a trooper. I was pretty sad at dinner that we weren't all together to eat. Little did I know what was to come next....
