A Fall Afternoon at the Farm

The kids had a day off from school last Friday so we spent the afternoon at Brookdale farms playing with friends.  The kids enjoyed the jumpy house (not pictured), kid size zip line, corn maze, corn box, hay cave, visiting the animals, train tractor ride, hay ride and pumpkin slingshots.  Does that sound like kid heaven or what?

George was a little nervous his first time.
Here's a close up of that first ride.  Hmmm.....I don't know about this.
Well, he loved it and went right back for another ride.
Here George goes again.
 The Corn Box
Andy really enjoyed playing in the corn box.
Happy boy.

The corn box was a busy place after the kids finished the corn maze.

  1. What a fun day. The train has a really special paint job. The first time on the zipline George looked like he did the first time he used the ladder to jump on the bag swing at the river. Looks like all the kids had a great time.

  2. Zack looks super long on the zip line. The pile of kids on the hay bales is cute. The season of fall is so fun with all the activities you can do. I like Mary's lamb hat.
