An unusual sight in Georgia!
We've rarely seen ice on the lake in the five years we've been at this house and certainly
not the whole thing frozen over.
Of course snow and ice in Georgia meant two days out of school for Zack due to icy road conditions. However, I did make it to the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Hanceville, AL for a women's retreat the weekend of January 8. What a beautifiul, wonderful, prayerful way to start off the year.

Our Christmas celebration was joyful, fun and very relaxing. Here are a few pictures and updates:
Zack was so excited the week before Christmas, he could hardly stand it. He asked Santa for a Nintendo DS and the game of Sorry. He must have been a good boy. Much to his delight, he got both.
George got a 12-inch bicylce, the cutest little bike you've ever seen.
